Today I decided to see if I could arrange a full version of Lugia's Song.  So I found an orchestral arrangement on YouTube, grabbed my own sheet music, downloaded Finale and started working.  For a while, it went great.  I was happily working on the melody.  Then something screwed up and I couldn't hear the playback anymore.  So I figure "Oh well, I'll just save what I've got and restart the program."
No.
Apparently the demo version of Finale doesn't let you save.  Plus, it only lets you print ONE copy of the first page of whatever you've done.  Which royally sucks, so I had to exit the program and lose everything I'd already done.
Point is: I'm effing ticked at Finale.
But I am NOT giving up.
I'm planning to print off some staff paper and write it by hand.

My French is fluent-ish, I can speak it well enough after so many years of immersion, but grammar still confuses me. A lot. Especially subjunctive xD

Ah, I see, what is this subjunctive grammar you're mentioning? I considered a lot, and I mean LOADS of languages before getting into Russian (and I'm still considering it, since I think I like German more and it's easier >.>).

Still, Slavic languages (Russian, Polish, etc.) just aren't as musical to me as Germanic ones (English, German, Swedish, etc.).

I even considered learning 2 languages on my own but uh uh too much work. I considered French since it is similar to Spanish (just like German is similar to English) but IDK I'm too picky at times.

Why not learn all of them?
Then you'd be super-lingual!
Anyway, the subjunctive is this weird tense where it normally only applies to sentences that are iffy. Like "If so-and-so did this, XYZ might happen"
But if the sentence is "If so-and-so did this, XYZ WILL happen" you use indicative isntead of subjunctive.
Long story short: it's a pain in the arse to learn =A=
